In non-contentious areas, our team advices and assists clients in undertaking environmental due diligence audit to assess material environmental risks related to acquisition of operated and non-operated production/ manufacturing sites as well as acquisition of predevelopment assets in India.

Our experienced team assists clients in coordinating with State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs), the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the Central Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).

We handle cases with the National Green Tribunal, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
